Salazar Announces Plan For Offshore Wind

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar along with Governors and representatives from six mid Atlantic states met today in Washington to lay the groundwork to jointly plan wind development off the East coast. Salazar said today he would do his part to boost wind development by streamlining the permit process for offshore alternative energy.
